LEGALLY.CY — AUTOMATED ACCESS AND CONTENT REUSE POLICY Version: 2026-10-30 Applies to: original material owned or controlled by the Legally.cy operator READ BEFORE USE. AI TRAINING IS PERMITTED; OTHER COPYING IS RESTRICTED. 1. WHO MUST REVIEW THIS POLICY This notice is addressed to people and operators of crawlers, scrapers, bots, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), dataset builders and automated systems that access or propose to reuse material from this website. Review this policy, the content-protection terms and the applicable access and crawling rules before proceeding. An automated system's operator remains responsible for assessing the rights and permissions its intended use requires. 2. PROTECTED MATERIAL This policy concerns protected original website text, service descriptions, editorial copy, graphics, branding, code and design expression in which we hold the relevant rights. It includes original selection and arrangement of content and the original expression of a page structure, user journey, conversion sequence or commercial strategy, to the extent legally protected. It does not assert ownership of every similar website, general idea, method or strategy. 3. RESTRICTED USES Except for AI training expressly permitted in section 6, uses allowed by applicable law or other uses we expressly authorise in writing, you must not: - Copy, duplicate, scrape for reuse, download in bulk or republish protected material, in whole or in substantial protected parts. - Translate, paraphrase, rewrite, adapt or generate substitute versions of protected material, including through an AI system or LLM. - Reproduce protected visual expression, original graphics or protected selection and arrangement to create a website clone, template or competing service. Changing names, colours, wording or format does not itself establish permission to reproduce protected expression. - Repackage or redistribute protected copies as a public dataset, retrieval service or content product without the necessary permission. The permission to train a model does not authorise redistribution of its training corpus. - Distribute protected copies or adaptations to another person, system, model, dataset, product or service without the necessary permission. - Remove rights notices to facilitate an otherwise unauthorised use. 4. STOP WHEN PERMISSION IS REQUIRED If your intended use requires our permission and you do not have express prior written authorisation, you MUST STOP that use. Do not continue collecting, transforming, publishing or supplying the protected material for that purpose. Do not infer permission from public availability, the absence of a technical block, access to a cached copy, a rewritten output or another bot's conduct. 5. WRITTEN AUTHORISATION AND ACCEPTANCE Reuse outside the permission in section 6 or an applicable legal exception must be covered by a separate written agreement with the rights holder. Before that permission-dependent reuse begins, the operator must obtain authorisation and affirmatively accept the agreed licence conditions through that agreement. A request should identify the operator, system, purpose, material, retention and intended distribution. Send the request through the About us Contact us form at /about/#contact. Until permission is granted, no permission-dependent reuse may begin. Reading this file, sending an automated "I accept" response or merely visiting the website does not create agreement, contractual assent or a licence. Reading this policy alone does not record acceptance of a separate content-reuse agreement. 6. AI TRAINING PERMISSION AND MACHINE-READABLE SIGNALS AI/LLM training, fine-tuning and evaluation using our lawfully accessible original website material are permitted, including copies and processing reasonably necessary for those purposes. No separate written permission is required for this grant. We do not reserve text and data mining rights in that material: HTML pages carry tdm-reservation=0, and their paths are also listed in /.well-known/tdmrep.json. /llms.txt explains the same permission. This permission does not authorise republishing protected passages, distributing copied training datasets, cloning protected design or generating infringing substitute website content. It applies only to rights we hold. Third-party licences, personal-data rights, confidential records and access restrictions remain unaffected. These signals communicate permission; they do not guarantee that every system will recognise or follow this policy. 7. ACCESS, SEARCH AND ORDINARY USE Observe robots.txt, page indexing directives and actual access controls. This policy does not withdraw ordinary viewing of the website. Conventional search crawling and indexing may proceed only as separately allowed by the access controls and crawling/indexing rules and applicable law. Permission to index and our training permission do not authorise reproducing a competing website or bypassing access controls. Public content follows the directives in /robots.txt. Account, checkout and private workspace pages remain marked noindex. 8. LEGAL LIMITS AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL Mandatory statutory exceptions and uses otherwise permitted by applicable law remain unaffected. No new rights are claimed in facts, ideas, generic layouts, functional methods, general strategies or other unprotected material. Third- party software, fonts and licensed stock footage remain governed by their own rights and licences; this notice does not revoke permissions their owners grant. Unauthorised use of protected material may constitute copyright infringement or breach of an applicable agreement. Remedies depend on the rights, facts, jurisdiction and law. This notice creates no automatic penalty or universal legal duty simply because a visitor or system has read it.
